Refund policy

Paid subscriptions are sold by Paddle as Merchant of Record. This policy sits on top of Paddle’s checkout terms.

14-day first-purchase refund

If this is your first paid ttt.so subscription and you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of the charge for a full refund of that period. Complimentary grants are not refundable because they were not charged.

Renewals

Cancel anytime in the customer portal before the next renewal. We do not prorate unused time on a billing period after the 14-day window, except where required by law.

How to request

Email billing@ttt.so from the address on your Paddle receipt, or open the Paddle customer portal from Settings → Manage subscription.
