Privacy policy

ttt.so processes the minimum data needed to run a signed-in analytics product.

What we collect

• Twitch account identifiers (login, id, display name, avatar, email if granted)
• Channels you choose to track, and ad campaigns you create
• Subscription records from Paddle (customer id, status, plan)
• Optional Telegram user id after you connect the bot
• Session cookies for authentication

Why

To authenticate you, apply plan limits, show analytics, send Telegram alerts you opted into, and bill paid plans.

Processors

Hosting, database, authentication, Paddle for billing, and optionally email delivery for magic links. Channel analytics are loaded from our stream data API.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. You can disconnect Telegram at any time. Paddle retains invoices as required by tax law.
